Choose the program and application that applies to you:
The Dental Hygiene Entry Level Program prepares students for licensure as a dental hygienist. The Dental Hygiene Class of 2014 will matriculate in autumn 2012.

Applications for the Dental Hygiene Entry Level Program will be available
on June 1, 2012.
The Dental Hygiene Baccalaureate Degree Completion Program provides an opportunity for licensed dental hygienists who have completed
an associate degree program to complete the baccalaureate degree.

Applications for the Dental Hygiene Baccalaureate Program will be available
on January 15, 2014.

Dental Hygiene Program:

for Autumn 2013 are available from June 1, 2012
to
February 1, 2013.
Dental Hygiene
Degree Completion Program:
- Applications
for Autumn 2014 are available from January 15, 2014
to
May 1, 2014.

Dental
Hygiene Program:
- Cumulative
grade-point hour ratio
- Science
grade-point hour ratio
- Completion
of 90 quarter hours or 60 semester hours of college level prerequisite coursework
Emphasis is placed upon interest in and knowledge
of the profession, motivation, commitment,
as well as interpersonal skills.
NOTE:
Applicants are expected to spend 20 hours
or more of observation in a dental office
to learn the role of the dental hygienist
before they apply. Students will benefit from
variety in the observation experiences. The
20 hours should include two or more dental hygienists
and be conducted in two or more dental practices.

applicants from non-English speaking countries
are required to fulfill the TOEFL, MELAB or IELTS requirement.
If your native language is not English, you should
possess a minimum level of English proficiency as follows:
