How can I find out if I have fulfilled the prerequisite coursework required by my program?

As a service to prospective applicants who are NOT already attending OSU, and those who attend schools not found on this website http://admissions.osu.edu/standards/ the Professional Admissions Office will evaluate previous coursework completed at other institutions to determine if prerequisites for the designated Professional Program have already been completed. You can download the Prerequisite Evaluation Form at: http://professional.osu.edu/profpdf/PrereqEval.pdf. You may complete, print, and email to: professional@osu.edu along with scans of all your paper Official transcripts. When all required documents are submitted, the coursework will be reviewed and evaluated. A report will be sent to you via email.

Is it necessary to submit all the required documents by the application deadline?

Most of the programs require all documents to be submitted by the deadline. However, in some cases programs allow flexibility with documents such as transcripts or references. Please note that it is always a good idea to have all required documents submitted by the deadline. In this way, you will ensure that your file will be ready for review in a timely manner.
