Be aware of deadlines you may miss

To help you make an informed decision, we want to make sure you understand that if you select to have your name placed on the waitlist for the Columbus campus, you may miss important deadlines at your regional campus. This includes deadlines for housing, scholarships and honors programs.

Vaccination note: All students are required to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination or receive an approved exemption before scheduling in-person classes. View Ohio State’s vaccination requirement.

Ohio State's final decision about waitlisted students will be made no later than June 1.

Ohio State ATI in Wooster

• Early June: Orientation begins
• June 1: Housing application due

Ohio State Lima

• Early June: Orientation begins

Ohio State Mansfield

• June 1: Housing deadline for university housing at Molyet Village; contact housing@osu.edu with contract questions

Ohio State Marion

• Mid-May: The online portion of orientation opens
• Mid-June: In-person and on-campus orientations begin
• June 15: Honors Program application due

Ohio State Newark

• April 1: Learning communities and LeFevre Fellows Program application due
• April 15: Housing lottery deadline for admitted students
• April 15: Honors Program application due
