To help you make an informed decision, we want to make sure you understand that if you select to have your name placed on the waitlist for the Columbus campus, you may miss important deadlines at your regional campus. This includes deadlines for housing, scholarships and honors programs.
Key deadlines by campus:
Ohio State's final decision about waitlisted students will be made no later than June 1.
Ohio State ATI in Wooster
- June 1: Housing application due
- Early June: Orientation begins
Ohio State Lima
- March 15: Arthur and Marian Rudd Scholarship deadline
- Early June: Orientation begins
Ohio State Mansfield
- March: Orientation information and registration released
- Mid to late March: Contracts for housing are available (first come, first served)
- June 1: Housing deadline for university housing at Molyet Village; contact housing@osu.edu with contract questions
- Early June: In-person and on-campus orientation begins
Ohio State Marion
- Mid-May: The online portion of orientation opens
- Mid-June: In-person and on-campus orientation begins
Ohio State Newark
- March 15: Newark Campus Special Scholarships application due
- April 15: Honors and LeFevre Fellows applications due
- April 15: Housing lottery deadline for admitted students
- May 1: Learning communities application due
